Nails are trimmed and grinded down to help ensure your dog’s health and safety. When your pet’s nails become too long it can lead to more than just scratching up furniture or flooring. Your dog’s nails should be trimmed regularly to avoid discomfort and infection.
Overgrown nails
Overgrown nails can get stuck in carpet and risk splitting, coming off, or developing ingrown nails that can lead to medical expenses. The longer a dog’s nails grow the longer the nail vein becomes, which can make it difficult to do their nails and not cut into it. We recommend getting your dog’s nails trimmed every 4-6 weeks to avoid potential health problems.
